The Woodley Machine Knitting Club meets on the third Thursday of each month in the Woodford Park Pavilion, Woodley. Almost each session sees a special speaker giving a presentation on a variety of new techniques, as well as reminding us of the old tips and tricks which are so easily forgotton.
The club is for everyone: those already experience in knitting; beginners starting out for the first time and previous knitters returning to the craft after years away. We are interested in all crafts that can be used with machine knitting, i.e. hand knitting, crochet, embellishing, fabric painting, embroidery, beading etc.
It is also a prime chance to meet up with other machine knitters to discuss knitting topics in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Feel free to pop in for a visit at any time.
